CA EU Account

Hi guys,
I'm looking for a CA EU account for max. 20€ PSC.

The rank doesn't really matter to me, if it is a low rank account it should have more permanent weapons though.. I'm especially interested in G36 Perms and a good perm sniper.
Just offer me anything..
