If you are working with a specific client then you want to get a client resource tool from the sticky thread at the top of the forums and use it to dump the db_string.rdb from the Italian clients and put that file with its name hashed into the clients resource folder.
The hash name for the db_string.rdb would be...

Make sure you launche the client with the Italian code page not ascii
