I'm learning how to use hack with data unpacker
but the question is of my if fortifieding weapons
Client or Server sided is..

if its Clientssided can anyone help me to make it 100% succes rate

I heared its possible to increase it as if you are using a Talisman , never really tried it before.

The tali trick dosen't work anymore, you will see 99% but it will be normal
