MAGIC TYPE INI CHANGED TO DAT

Thats right.. without even downloading patch 4265 (my version is still 4263) XP casting via the ini file edit does not work. The ini still controls the graphics because I have my custom graphics still but now the MagicType.dat controls the casting. If anyone can crack this I will be very very grateful thx

You can try to edit the .dat too but its harder only things i managed to do is to change the look of the casting and to switch between either a spell is casted or only selfcast :( can be usefull to make quicker selfheal tho :p

Kefka, Hi I see that you said you know how to turn a spell into selfcast. Could you please post further information on that here. It would be a big help in something I am trying to do. I will give credit to you if you can help me out here. Thank you
