Manage to get them and you will have a perfect team for ur pserver, If you realy have your mind set to create a good gaming server I suggest you try to get good reverse engeneers like them, usualy $$ is a good way to convince them to join ;)

jotanshinta it's one thing to want experience people to join you, but if you don't say what you have knowledge of, are capable of, plan to do with your server. then it's unlikely that many of them would join.
