Achievements (Menu) bug!!!

When i get into Fifa World , the menu gets buggy and i have to wait about 30 sec...

Then,when i want to get my achievements and click redeem now, it bugs again and i cant click to close the achievements and i have to close the game....

So...is there some way to fix that and get my achievements?? :confused::confused::(
