No it's in the coding, at least with LOTF and I would assume CoEmu. No clue about binaries, too lazy to give you a full answer right now though sorry. =/

Actually wasn't there something in the character table that controlled which face is shown for the character?

Fairly sure there is something in there, if not the source would have no way of changing them through npc's of any kind.

So yes... I'd look under the character tables of your database to find something to do with it and try editing it (look up some legal values for it, I know someone had a list of them all for use with npcs so that's a start)

Nvm, I guess I mis-read his post last night. If he's trying to change his picture yea it's in the database.

I've never used TQ Binaries in my life, and my answer is based purely of common sense.
Ofcourse you could change your characters face in the database, is there a Character table in your database?

If there is the most logical thing for TQ Binaries to do is to save the face id so characters could load them whenever they log in. Play around with it maybe you'll figure it out.

cq_user, lookface.
Oh and btw, If you're going to make a public server, don't use TQ binaries, they will just limit your potentials.
Custom source ftw! XD
