[Question] Monster HP Bar invisible

The problem is monster HP bar is invisible
this problem not in my client only but in Demons Online and DoD
I have the lastest adobe flash player and netframwork 4.5.1 and windows 8.1 x64 and graphic card is fine
Any one know how to fix it ?

I am interested in this problem too.
I never see this in action but recently noticed here and there someone asking why has like this...
I never was able to repeat this situatiion so couldnt try to search for solution :(
As I am aware most who has this problem have:
laptop
win8.1

not sure if its about maybe certain version of windows or graphic card... or ... yeah .. would be nice to gather little details here from anyone having this issue... Exact info of what type latop and exact graphic card... or its releated to this or simply some required packages lacking on this win 8.1..

So as till now those issues appears for individuals - we should gather max info and somehow repeat it to find the reason ;)

Some players on my server have same situation but not sure if they running desk top or laptop. But I think it has to do with windows 8 cuz im running windows 7 and everything is good. if I had windows 8 I would try to check it out my self.

Its when the pets hp reaches a certain number i forget the number , say the pets hp is 75000/65000 , the hp bar grows from ---- to ------------- , if i make any sense? lol so say the hp is 750000000000/65000 the hp br gets too large for the screen view to capture so it disables it.

its about other case ... related with impossibility to see HP bars at all on any monsters/players ....

right thats what im saying , the hp is so high , the game cant register the bar .

this is just a proper setup of monster.dat nothing else and i doubt that soul don't know how to edit it

have u tried telling them to run it in compatibility mode for an earlier version of windows?

if it works ok in windows 7 but not in windows 8 then maybe that will help..... if it does help then u can set it to run the soul.exe in compatibility mode with a comand line argument in your installer...

Monster.dat ? How come ?
While two people are playing the same game using the same client ( same ini files )
and first one has this problem and second one doesn't

reading the context you saying that the hp would get so high and wouldn't fit the screen is an issue with monster.dat when the monster is added in here the correct way then the hp bar won't be bigger then normal.

So in the complete story here i doubt that this explanation your giving is not the cause of the problem

ahem if its the same issue this guy is having then it validates my suggestion of using compatibility mode .....
if u get someone to actually try it please let me know if it solves the issue.... I dont have this issue when I try to open this game so i cannot re create it

nah didn't work for me
I will check monster.dat and tell you guys when its work
also I will try to install windows 7 and check it

This can occur because of a windows update that was made in 2014.

Only solution I found is formatting the windows and disable the automatic update.

Reviving this thread and question to attract for deeper searching...

Problem exist on Windows 8/8.1 and now the disease spread on windows 10 :/ Certain laps with these system having issues with no HP bars.

Zukoo can you provide more details about your tests? Till now most of us who tried to solve this couldnt reproduce the problem to make enough tests and checkings even (me :().

Problem touches all of us generally - as anyone of us/you can suffer this issue later in time after switch/upgrade of system, or if plan to have server (or have) will touch its players...

So encouraging to keep up with this topic. Any new info/news will be helpful ;)

I've had players who were with windows 7 who complain of this problem.
