[request]i need skills 8.3 files

hi
i need skill 8.3 files
i have tried about 4 versions from different packages
all have problems with skills
some skill not work and other does not have the actual state time
if 8.3 not available then any version, but without problems
i tried to search here but no luck

Find an 8.3 client and extract the skill rdb files with a client dumper you can get from the tool collection thread.

If you are using a soul taming repack then it is pretty important to use the repacks skill rdbs and if there are mistakes correct the mistakes in the data base tables and write new rdb files after editing.

yes im using soul taming repack
but i think i can get soul taming related skills
the problem that i think 8.3 rdb will not fit with
my database cuz of course its built on 8.1
correct for me if iam worng :3
