How can I install the mods?
Simply put the folders into the mod folder of LES

By playing LoL you accepted to not use any sort of mods, so yeah but the possibility of ban is low

Any mode, for example:
If someone find bugs with a champion and riot decides to take it down for a wile, you will be able to play it
