I am looking for a fun server

Hello guys, I used to play Silkroad back in 2010/2011's but I would like to have fun again. I am looking for a good private server, preferably with:

- both EU and CHN, new skills
- no less than 400 players online at all times (the more the better)
- no auto uprading items from tier 1 to tier X
- no starting bonuses such as SP and items, start from lvl 1 not 50
- rates 30x - 100x
- no pay to win, normal or slightly higher alchemy rates
- whatever lvl cap is fine

Is it possible to find such server? I know my requirements are a bit high but I am a dedicated player. If yes, please let me know. If you are a server admin, please don't advertise your server unless it meets those requirements. Thank you.
