Help with adc role

HI guys
i play LoL from season 1 and i am stuck to gold V and cannot move on :/
I main adc and i seem pretty good at it
could u help em wiht some guides or tips how to overcome this elo and ebcome a better adc/LoL player?

Learn 2 kite ( hit run hit run )

Pick Meta Champions, these are obvious over the top right now. (Graves, Kalista (if played well), Jinx in Teamfights just obvious strong)

i have a usuall (common) mouse wihtout side buttons and i can kite normaly (right click on champ and then on graound) but...

Play on last hit, use the HNR method, play safe behind the support and pick a champ based on the enemy champ.
Also make sure that your farming area is warded to have a clear view on your upcoming enemy's.

Could help you get out of Gold V

i doubt you can kite properly
focus the nearest target, dont attack the 20 hp apcaster in teamfight when he's safe behind 3 enemies, 80 cs min 10 should be average in your games, leave bot when you have destroyed their turret & shoved the lane, dont push without vision of the enemy jungler, build your item depending on what the enemies have.

Well i think that i can't kite properly too
I dont have the side buttoned mouse to do Orb walking
and those were nice tips thanks :) we+ll see how it goes

Use ur A Button to hit the next enemy

any good tips for vayne and jinx since i am maining them ^^

would still want some more answers ^^

With vayne u should never stand at one spot always be on the move so u can dodge easier. Stay back in teamfights or get to it a bit later then the rest of ur team so their burst/ults are already used. Focus the target near to u, even if its a tank or offtank (i mean u r vayne so). The biggest mistake i see on vayne is when ppl just q into the enemy team to kill the adc or apc. Its not worth it.
- Stay in the back of ur team
- Focus the target near to u
- And always be on the move

Btw. im silver 2 so its not some challenjour experience. But i guess gold 5 isnt that far^^

use attack move, Go for a custom game go for 100 cs in 10 mins, learn how to kite in practice tool
