My account got hacked. can i hack it back?

Hello ... I just wanted to know because my account got hacked somehow :S and its really sad when i have used real money on it and alot of time ... So i wanna know if any1 here know how to "Hack it back" ? :)

Hacked somehow is good ...

Can't you even login (website)? Already tried methods like Forgot Password etc.? Does the "hacker" know everything of your account data?

Write a support ticket but don't expect that you'll get your items back.

No i can't login ... The hacker aparently edited my email too and i wrote to support for about 4 days now and nothing happened yet :( ... And i don't know how he knew all my datas but is there any way to hack it back?

if you got your registered email
( the email account with that you created the rom account )
you can get it back
and if you bought with bank card
it increase the chance to get it back again
but for items it looks always hard

I have the registered email ... And i only bought diamonds with my moms Credit card ...
but i have 2 accounts with the same email ... So when i try to get my password back it gives me the password from the newest account i recently created and thats not the account who got hacked :S

a nother try can be the police. An object is stolen, what can you bring charges against the unknown.

Eqholm, I don't know from which country you are, but I think there are no possibilities for the police in case of virtual goods

with the the registered email in hands, your best chances will be the support

Sure you weren't phished instead of hacked? Didn't register for any of those item duping, private server, GET LOTS OF GOLD FAST, etc. stuff?

No i haven't registered on such at ALL cost! ... I was having a break with the game ... Stopped playing for 1 month.. Then when i wanted to play again my account was hacked ... And to the one who asked me where i came from ... i come from denmark and the police doesn't do anything baout this ... And no1 knows my password only my mom!... and she plays it too

Accounts don't get *"hacked"* - they get scamed. I bet you downloaded some 'dirty' hacks/bots. You should better check your computer for trojans/keyloggers etc. Check the processes running in the background for strange stuff. Check the registry (HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Cur rentVersion\Run), system-ini's and autostart-menu for Autostart-programs.

To be 100% sure your system is clean wipe everything and do a clean reinstallation.

just curious - did you use a accountname and password with random letters and number or just words?

Tell the support your originally accountname and email-adress.
if necessary tell them when u bought diamonds and how much you bought.
My account got scammed too, but i got it back. just have patience

i allready did that ... have chatted with support for 10 days now ... they said i should give them a copy of my passport so i gave them pictures of my Tourist health insurance certificate (Don't have passport) ... I also thought about giving them a copy of the credit card i used to buy diamonds ...
