CIDProxy 3.0

Is this the real deal or not?
I've found it on a forum and it shows up with CIDProxy 3.0 but maybe someone experienced can look at it or try it since i don't get it to work.
It boots up, shows CIDProxy 3.0 and idk what to do lol

ok after testing-

first off this is not normal, normally CID comes with a conquer exe and certain files, but i tryd, i put it in my Co Folder, started it up then started up my game, since thats the order we always had to do with CID, that didnt work, so i tryd the oppisite way.....still nothing

in the log this is what it says
