Auto skill/HP/MP

is there any free program that can auto use healling potions and skills when we have an enemy target???
if it can also use scrolls that would be also helpfull :P

i am not asking for a bot to auto farm.. i need something like semi-automatic gameplay. i will move my character and take targets and the program will do the work :D

in the game there is already a macro maker so all you have to do is drag the item you wish to use into the window the U key on the keyboard will open up the macro making window
