Rather than make a thread listing scammers, why not make a list of trusted middle men. This way people know were they can turn should need to make a trade witch requires trading more then 1bil gold at a time. If you try to compile a list of scammers, your just gonna have a list that keeps building and building and never really helps anybody because new scammers will pop up all of the time.
I would like to have a nice compiled list of people who can be trusted to be used as a middle man that are reliable(if any such people exist). Myself I have all but given up on buying anything over 1bil from another player in-game because I don't know who to trust as a middle man, and I for damn sure am not going put up that much gold upfront to somebody before I even get the item I am buying.

Anyway list of scammers is useless because it will make ppl who got scammed more stupid than they're.
