C9 error pls help

hi i have a problem i use the english patch.... and i dont make a backup of ui.cfs
so if a want to start the game error....

so can someone uploaden the original ui.cfs??? pls...

i have2000 kssn and i try 10 kssns ... and when i enter the game i have a error "Fail game info sting[init client]. Error code[-8]"... and when i enter in Exlauncher i cant press the start button[i think is start button is in korrean]Is impossible to do this game ?pls help
