Man, keep calm and use a working bypass, do not delete your HackShield folder xD

Backup most important things for hacking (like... I don't know... hacks? Resource.s4hd? Bypass?) and reinstall S4 xD

Downloading someone's Hackshield folder may cause errors... it's like giving your Bandicam, from your computer, to your friend. It must be installed. Sorry.
