depends on what you prefer.. in my opinion a dagger using rogue is much better than a mace/sword rogue. sword/mace is easier because you have no positional attacks you need to use to be good... but these postionals are very powerful and if you are skilled in fighting with them the dagger rogue is much stronger.
another thing is the equipment.. its easier to get some nice maces and swords, but imo its worth looking for daggers ;)
