Hey,
Recently I dropped my laptop and the hdd got damaged, it's not broken but I can not read the data anymore. Physically the data is there but the hdd is not readable. The problem is, everytime I try to perform any action on the hdd it automatically ejects then re-plug so recovery tools do not work. eg(Load the driver from a recovery tool == unplugged).
Does anybody know how to get a backup of the data? I can pay for someone who can get the data.
Thank you.

If you have a Desktop PC you can try to remove the HDD from the laptop and plug it in the PC. Maybe there is a connection problem in youre laptop. If this doesn't work, there is not much you can do. You could send the HDD to a professional data recovery company, but this is very expensive and you should evaluate, if the data is that important for you.

How much would it cost? The data is very very important yes. Do you recommend any know services, there's no problem in shipping the hdd to them.

It's pretty expensive tho. An analysis costs about 100€.
To get your data back you'll have to pay minimum 400€. The sky is pretty much the limit.
