Searching for a Server

Hey since Low rate server got very rare i'm here to ask for them. Do you know guys any Low rate server i really mean low rate.. slow lvl and skill ups also hard to gain items... and Are there any EP2 servers out there? Would love to play the old Game again ^^ even if it would be only 1 hour.
