Auto Click or something?

Alguien tiene algun programa o script que haga que la tecla control o cualquier tecla de movimiento se oprima sola? Es para dejar afk con "Control" oprimido o dejar el click activado pero sin oprimirlo.

Lo necesito para abrir dos cuentas a la vez en mi computador, hacer una sala de TD, y dejar uno de los S4 abiertos con el "Script" o programa.

English:
Anyone have a program or script for move the character? I need press "Ctrl" or just "A" without pressing the keyboard.

I need it for the multiclient, to press A or CTRL in one Client. The other client is controlated for me.

Since it's already be discussed here I won't make a new thread about it but I had a question about autoit. Will it work games that only allow direct input?
