I'm looking for an account which is either on EUW or has free transfer to there
Paying with paypal and not going first.

Must have:

• 60+ Champs
• Some skins
• No bans
• 3+ Rune pages
• Unverified email

Will not pay extra for:

• Divisions
• RP on account
