it is a good possiblity you dont have the Arena server/DK server dbs working properly. Does Crespo Abyss DC you as well when u try to teleport in crespo?

Ya i kinda agree with Fauris, on showing your info. like can you list what all servers you launch like login, rank, session so on. there should be 2 dekaron servers you run a normal and a arena server.
you have wrong config in data\share\arena on this file serverlist.csv <- this is for client
and for server arena go to share\arena and put your internal IP the second file is on share it's arena.csv put your internal IP for server arena in client put external IP.
in server side you just put internal IP on client side put extrenal IP and in your router forward correct port to internal IP not 127.0.0.1 only this whats your lan card get from router (DHCP) and remember never open port 1433 and 10000 open only 50005 7880 and for server arena 60006 and 7881.
