whats the point of selling a level one account? Could i not just make one myself?

the point is that this is a korean account,hard to find one. since i can't use it i'm selling it. i got it level 1 because i culd have choosed the account name at the creation and also it is way cheaper to have despite a level 30.

you can't make account on korea without korean id or something
