Something's wrong at _RefObjCommon most likely. TID => TypeID1-4
OOR _RefTrigger & its' associates are fucked up. You have TID columns there as well.
To be sure, export clean triggers from a clean database.
Check out _RefObjCommon and see if one of your pets or w/e is causing the issue has "WEIRD" parameters. Check if it's linked correctly.
Also get a clean procedure of _AddNewCOS. You might have fucked up something there if the error appears AFTER spawning.
Be sure you DONT have auto_increment (identity()) enabled on the SERVICE column of _Refobjcommon. Some idiots do that accidently. (Identity() should be enabled for the ID column only there)
