what about ip limit ? . it should be 2 maximum if wont , you cant get more players . how many limit ?

and can u give to every1 1 free dress for start up ?

Ip Limit is 3 . . About the start up Item ( Dress ) Those are going to be Drop on Events . Event Start a Week After Server Open. Or you can buy Hat/Attach for 1 Coin = 1 hr Online.
