Problems with downloading and open a hack. HELP!

If I download a hack or injector it ends up as a .rar document.
So I cant open the hack. Or injector. Look:

Do you know what I have to do?

This isn't a hack request..

.rar files can be opened with winrar (its test version is unlimited)
