Oh, this is a such interesting thing to talk about. If you use any speed hacks, you will be detected by the server and you are always visible in server logs. Anyway, during last 3 years there was no ban because of it (or I don't know about it). Did you guys ever see the logs? That's a trash. IMHO, they don't want to check logs. That's why you usually are safe. So, 'in vitro', you may be banned, but 'in vivo' - you're safe. Anyway, you will be put into a log file in these cases (basically):
1. Using attack speed hack
2. Using movement speed hack
3. Using skill speed hack
You can see the 'hack count %d' message when you was being detected by the server (it's a message for admins, you can see it with admin console hack). if I remember right, the server disconnects you after you get 20 hack count. Just remember, you use (or you're about to use) hacks. That means you may be banned. By the way, if I'm not mistaken, the server can do some false positive detections due to imperfect code (like movement vector calculations), especially if you're using slow/unstable internet link. I'm not a pro coder, so maybe I'm wrong, but this is my opinion.
