9.1 sframe

anyone able to hex edit the 9.1 sframe ? when a .bat with the 9.1 I seem to get a index error

that says 4page(0xf0, 6)


or dose anyone know how to make a .bat file that will work with the current sframe ? any help would be greatful tyvm
