another case of the "ardent hacker" syndrome. do this at least once a week:
1. run GC patcher and DO NOT copy edited script/playertemplate. let your gc client patch.
2. run game without cheats. if all goes well u wont see the message again.
after that, then u can try ur cheats. if the message reappears, then u know what went wrong.
