[VSRO Based] Skill doesn't lvl up

Hello guys,

I have two skills in cleric class that doesn't lvl up, I'm lvl 110 with a lot of SP I increased all the skills but there are two that I can't do anything.

The server is mine of course I searched and searched but I didn't find anything in DB or using google.

Skills Reverse Oblation and Reverse Imolation

_Refskill > Search the skill code > set service to 1

Restarted the Server ?
Is it only clientside or serverside, too ?

Yeah I restarted the server.

what do you mean with only clientside or serverside? If I understood it is only serverside because I tried my server with a client from another server and in this client the skill doesn't lvl up eather.
