[SR_ShardManager] BillingServer is Dead!!

Guys someone could help me?

My server is running for about 12 hours and suddenly the shard manager down with this message BillingServer is Dead.. It happened twice.

Someone knows what is happening?

my server.cfg

BILLING_SERVER_URL "http://127.0.0.1:8080/"

Check the IIS services maybe it went off for some reason.

I think that I solved this issue.. My server is 14h online without this error.
