SR_SHARDMANAGER error.

hello all .
I got this error when i strat SR_SHARDMANAGER ->> Biling server is dead.. ater this close. what can i do? any hellp any teamwiewer? any 1? Thankss i will w8 any answer

i Solve this problem , i have 1 more problem when open Sr_gameserver .. i w8 10-15 seconds after close... what can i do?

You need to download IIS ASP for ISS. And you need to upload the Silkroad IIS files to your ISS website. Can be found on the internet.
use this:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

You only need the "IIS : ASP" You search for it just type in ASP in the searchbar and download the file that seems similiar to that.

You didnt setup ISS properly look for some "How to" Guides for VSRO files.
Make sure you also Have the right Billing_server in your
Serverfiles>server.cfg
should look similiar too
"http://192.168.0.1:80/"
(Split by : )
80 is the port
192.168.0.1 your ip
