incorrect file version

can someone explain me wtf happening ? by the time i use stall network i always get table which says this is incorrect file vesion, please reinstal silkroad.
I tried to reinstal but that doesn't help. What should i do ?

You cant do anything about it its a joymax fail..

its said that its the same as "you have been disconnected from the server"
so, i think theres nothing to worry about
