when we are trying to power level one of our alts is stay ungrouped. Then find a mob 4 levels higher than my level 20 alt. Then my alt will, from a distance, spam attack or run up to the mob and hit it with a melee weapon or ranged hit before my level 40 partner hits it. Then my partner kills it quickly and I get all the xp.
