[Request] Skill Effect / Weapon Effect

the title was clear i guess, i want to change the skill effect to the old skills effect. the ISRO effect. but i don't have any clean client, and i want to know what to do to change it.

i want to be able to change weapon effect, NOT the Glow. the effect if any one can give a usefull answer it would be great.

yes, the SOX effect
and SKILL EFFECT. the way the char uses the skills e.g fire bolt / frozen spear

it will disable some of the new added skill effect, and i don't want to do that.

the thing that i have a wierd looking skill effect and my db is only D11 :/ i want it the old-school skill effect.

and how would i do that, without deleteing SPEED/PREMIUM EFFECT ?

By extracting them and adding them again maybe xD
