You can do it. You'll have to upload it as a patch to all the other clients though.

And for the NPC outlook i mean their clothes to change aspect not the color only.

You would have to extract everything with the wdf bacther, and just look for it.
Might be a .c3 file, I don't know.
(a tip would be looking at the mobs, would be somewhere there I think, as it's a bit of the same thing.)

NPCs have .c3 and .dds but they have multiple ones for movements, if you dont want to go through all the work just go to 'data/NPCFace' and replace one of the faces and use that ID.

And go to npc.ini and change the looks/name and maybe add a effect
