could be several things... for one .. windows default settings could be adjusted for preformance tuning levels to help prevent some of these issues, although better security and or a more stable connection/system/files/server/etc might be needed depending on ur situation

attached is a batch file and registry key that will adjust these settings a bit for you.

thanks are given and help improve reputation of course people want a better reputation theres no reason that should be a bad thing
however you telling people to remove their thanks for me is just rude
