How the hell do you get such a high neck and runes??!?!

With runes i barly get +7 and rarly get +8, so how +9 and more?!?!
And neck i dont have even +4.
Its just fail and fail and fail.

Btw i have tons of Aging Cores (About the 1200 :P).
Which kind of runes i should upgrade?

any kind of runes but 1st you nid to get +7 nd then play in some pvp maches or som dongeon in how many times same in the neck do not get angry if failds but ups n ups until you get +9 but 1st you should be +7 then play some dongeons and pvp ... then ups. and it is ok when it get to 0 and if get to 0 ups to get +9 it will not failed how many times anymore




AND OLSO I FORGET TO TELL YOU THAT YOU CAN BE SHURE THAT IT WILL GET TO +9 JUST UPS IT TO +7 AND PLAY SOME DUNGEONS PERO DAPAT MAY CONFIDENCE KAU

Wow... I'd call that a severe case of badluckschlerosis. :D

patience is needed so that you may upgrade your necklaces and runes
and also dont use "old runes" (they suck - cuz theres a word OLD)
and another thing *question do cash necklaces get DESTROYED???

for the last time, necklaces are pure luck, nothing you do will change that fact

@Version i have a a couple lvl 14 honor runes, it's actually pretty easy. just make sure you have a backup in case it breaks, and scroll away like you don't care

newborn, all my neckies are lvl 9 also, u just were lucky at the time, it's pure luck, now stop trying to fool people with these pointless superstitions. it's just as annoying as people thinking you don't get seals if you die, or that you get a better chance if you hit it first and last.

Use +10-+15% SuccesAgingCores to Upgrade 9 Above ^^
