I was thinking of an idea of increased trans time becuase im always so close to killing a boss then i just trans back to normal and get pwned. So if it is possible, there is and idea for anyone to start on.

Probably server sided, which means you can't do anything about it.

Is the pet time server sided becuase i also have a problem with 76min of pet time becuase i use him frequently.
