Is the RAF ban wave over? I'm on EUW and got about 350 refs and 200 completed ones. Bought 150 and 50+ others were legit. I haven't received any email from Riot that they took away my rp/ip. Am I just lucky or do people still get banned?

Well I made over 180 refs and got no warning (e-mail) or any of my items or purchases deleted, but my wife account got champions, skins and runes deleted. They already announced that the RAF system is on maintenance atm...so who knows.
