Lag in Europe Global 1, why?

Hi I have accounts in America global 1 and Europe global 1, I live in Spain.
Whean I play in America the game work perfectly without lag even in pvp with all the ships figthing but when I play in Europe the game is very laggy with only a few ships in the map, why is this? the servers of the america global are closer to spain that the European servers?, Regards

You should most likely contact support about that issue. I'm sure they will be actually able to help you. :P

for me europe 1 are 100% no lag :) but in america 1 100% lagg xD i think the problem is u live in spain maybe..

i have some laggs on all servers last week European and american think it's just bugpoint shitty servers and as far as i know they are hosted in Germany (at least the European ones)

I am also experiencing lag in Global europe 1 ... idk y cuz im located close to the servers
