Question about winhex

i know this is a big noob question but... how can i change the numbers? like for mass spawn on crespo dg.

tells me to change 2732,6,16,18,6,2000,2000,1200,1000,0,0,0,50,2,0,4, 4

to this
2732,6,16,18,6,2000,2000,1200,1000,,,,50,2,0,4,999 9

but i dont know how to change the 0's to ,'s anyone help?

Umm, u dont really use winhex, people use CSV editing with ms excel (when u unpack the data) its easyer and faster

well i mean i have tried that. but like im not sure what to look for when he is saying so switch those numbers. like which ones are for the spawning and stuff in excel. lol im determined to do this. i spend like 5 hours last night trying to figure it out. and i couldnt get it.


in excel i went and changed the time limit on ladien but then. idk what else i have to do.
