Skills lagging?

Has anyone noticed lately that when you use your skills w/ skill hack that they tend to lag REALLY bad?
The game doesnt lag, but the skills take forever to fire and the animation seems really slow.
This just started happening to me on tuesday or so on that candy patch.
Im not sure why this is but they just act really weird and lag expecially in dungeons.
anyone know the reason for this or is it just that my sh is screwed up?

Yeah, that happens to me when i vac (didint happen before the patch)

I had the same Problem.I used my Skills and they didnt attacked or 5 seconds later.

Then i formated my Harddisk,reinstalled all Drivers,2Moons and bang no lag anymore.
