Upset about ban?

Obviously when using a bot there will always be a risk of ban, yes the SCAR bots are less risky.. But using them for absurd amounts of hours is going to be noticed, maybe not by a mod but buy players and players can just report you, especially if you are botting in the same map all the time.

Best thing to do is just leave the bot on over night, and switch map every night.



If you are getting wound up or angry because you have been banned for cheating in some way, don't come to the forum to ask why ban.. you cheated, it's simple.
If you don't want to be banned, don't cheat.
If you do get banned, don't be upset.. Maybe post how long your ban is for and what bots you used so that other players can know what is getting caught and stop using those bots.

We as a community (granted not a very good one) need to help each other out. Lets face it, we are kind of ass holes for cheating a company out of lots of money, but the company in question does deserve it.


To sum up, quit your bitching about being banned, don't use bots for stupid amounts of hours, help out your fellow cheating pirates.

Ofcourse bigpoint can detect irregularities regarding it's users, but it cannot prove it nor be sure about it, so they always go by the presumption that everybody uses bots, so yea, the bans are random, like it happend before, because none of you can prove them that you never botted and because they will never have to prove to you anything unless you take them to court, and who will?...

Not even in a court they would have to give evidence of that you cheated. It's stated in the CGC's that they can ban you basically for nothing. Bigpoint reserves their right to close the accounts at any time for ANY reason. It also says that Bigpoint is not liable for any block and/or shutdown of any kind; no matter if they close the game or just your account.

So you can only complain about subscriptions. You can have a refund of the remaining time of subscription in the case of the game being closed or your account being deleted as they would not be able to give you what you paid for. However, in banned accounts, the service is actually there, but is unusable, so those dudes may give you a hard time with subscriptions.

only a few will take them to the court,but the thing is how they are going to prove they didnt bot,bigpoint will say that their system is never wrong and all this shit.the thing is how can we assure that our "fair" accounts wont be banned for nothing? because bigpoint's shitheads ban randomly so that people see they do not leave botters do what they want.

This wasn't a thread to start a argument or a debate about ban theories and court appearances, it was simply to remind people that seafight is a game and should be treated as such.

People should try to relax and not get upset about ban IF they were cheating, thats all.

I warned absolutely everyone about this long term ban campaign, none believed me untill the first wave of temporary bans arrived, then all again started to disbelieve me when i said that permanents will follow...well...they did.
And don't say i didn't tell you all that this will happen.

I don't care if my thread is on the first page.. I'm not here to win a popularity contest. I just wanted the people who are crying to shut up and face the consequences of their actions.
