[HELP] USB problem.

Hello community,

So the thing I want to ask is, if I put my USB-hard drive 2.0 into my pc it isn't opening like it used to be in Windows 7.

-> Putting USB 2.0 into pc (Windows 8.1, x64)
-> Installing his documents, updates, etc.
-> Checking Local c:/, no USB map found
-> Checking harddrives on PC-Settings
-> Error : "USB-hard drive not found!"
