You mean to activate or remove text/icons ?

If yes, then go to media -> server_dep -> silkroad -> textdata -> worldmap_localinfo.txt

But first search for example "China West Ferry" in textdata_object.txt, copy the zone name "SN_ZONE_21003" and search for that in worldmap_localinfo.txt, set service 1 -> 0

Do that with the other things too. To find out which icon you have to deactivate, just convert your .ddj's to .dds, search for the icon, copy the icon name and search again in worldmap_localinfo.txt.
