Cannot log on when using my static IP adress

Hello Epvp (again:))

I've mentioned a problem when i use my static ip(89.155.XX.XXX) that other people are able to log in my server, but i cant.

How can i solve this?

can you post an image with your problem ?

Well, the client does not start up at all.
I thought that my IP could be restricted, but local i can log on with 9 chars without any problem.

you've to open the client with any loader not from launcher

I've tried it with either launcher and the EDX5 loader

use bloody sro [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...],
would be better and easier.
mark on multi client and try

I've just tried it, but when i use the loader with my static or 127.0.0.1 i get the error message instead of the loading screen, when i use my dynamic IP adress i get a C9 error ingame. You know how to solve this?

Anyone please:)?
