Little help here

I am really noobish at this but I am trying to make my friend connect to my server but I don't really know how the process works. I know you guys might say "well, you are not capable of holding a server yet" but I made this just for the both of us so that we can just enjoy playing rather than being in a crowd. Can you guys teach me how this works? I am using Hamachi btw.

Use the hamachi IP for his client as well as for your own server. Assuming you can connect to it using the hamachi IP in your client then he should be able to as well (assuming he's in your hamachi room)

Is that where he puts the Hamachi's IP on csv3config.ini?

Yeah, the IP must be placed there.
